ALEXANDER MARINOV

He graduated with a degree in law from the prestigious Sofia
University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in 2010. He is a lawyer at the Sofia Bar
Association since 2011.
Alexander Marinov is a strong litigator. With a
passion to protect his client's rights, he directs his practice and resources toward
criminal defense, personal injury law, drug charges and alcohol crimes, property
crimes such as vandalism, and Drug charges, including felony drug
possession.
He has considerable experience in transport crimes - Drunk driving
(DWI/DUI)
Among the successes is a case won before the European Court of
Human Rights in Strasbourg. AFFAIRE DERMANSKI c. BULGARIE App. No(s). 61322/10 Court
(Fifth Section Committee) for violations committed by the Republic of Bulgaria of
the European Convention of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
In the
field of administrative-criminal law, he performed defense and legal representation
against illegal criminal decrees and orders for the imposition of coercive
administrative measures - e.g. temporary revocation of a driving license, and
removal of motor vehicle registration plates. Assists in the voluntary payment of
pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages to victims and relatives of the victims of
traffic accidents.
VLADIMIR MARINOV

Graduated with a degree in "Law" at the Sofia University "St.
Kliment Ohridski", he leaves a mark in the society as one of the brightest
personalities in the legal profession in Northern Bulgaria.
In the
period 1991-1993 heads the District Prosecutor's Office in Lovech, where he earned
the respect of colleagues and citizens with his principledness and determination
right.
Since 1993 until the end of his career, he devoted himself to the
legal profession at the Lovech Bar Association, specializing in criminal and
administrative law. The cases he takes on are among the most serious - murders,
robberies, bodily harm, property crimes.
He was a professional in
the full sense of the word - with a strong character, freedom-loving spirit and
intolerance to injustice. Known among colleagues, friends and clients as a man of
honor, with unwavering principles and a huge heart.
A defender of
minorities and people in need, he embodied the type of personality that is rarely
seen today - a man who knows how to inspire respect, but also earn genuine respect.
His dedication, humanity and inimitable charisma will live on in
the memory of all who knew him.
